My Experience
Software Engineer / IT Intern
Built an internal notification system using Python, PowerShell, and Windows Task Scheduler with SendGrid API to automate SMTP email alerts for upcoming password expirations, reducing help desk tickets by 63% and improving Active Directory compliance. Diagnosed and repaired desktop/laptop hardware issues (BIOS failures, PSU faults) and reimaged systems using PXE boot, WDS, and DiskPart.
